USA SHIPPING:

*FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75 (applies to USA orders only) 

We offer FREE Standard Shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $75 (product value). Free shipping promotion are valid for shipping addresses within the United States only.

 

USA SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY 

USPS Standard Shipping -

Prices based on shipping weight and location. Final shipping will be quoted on pre-payment page.

Items will be sent either First Class, Priority, of FedEx Shipping at the discretion of The Shaving Shop. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number. 

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to show on the USPS website.

 

*** Please track your packages. The Shaving Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS. ***

Important Note: If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly.

*If USPS Tracking confirms that the package has been "Delivered", no refunds will be granted!  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

*If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. No exceptions!

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

* During Holiday Sale events such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, it may take 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. 

•  CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at theshavingshoponline@gmail.com immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.  

•  ADD ITEMS TO AN ORDER YOU JUST PLACED

Let us know. If it can be done, we will try our best to accommodate you, but there are no guarantees that this can be done.. 

•  DAMAGED OR DENTED ITEM IN MY ORDER

Please realize that many of our items are "artisan" items. They are not always meant to survive the handling of shipping services without some potential for cosmetic damages. Soaps that are sold in metal tins/cans are subject to dents and dings. Some packaging of the item may get crushed or cosmetically damaged during transit. Plastic containers and lids can crack or become warped. Some items may slightly leak. These or similar types of cosmetic damages or leakage to items are not covered for any type of defect or damage replacement. As long as the product is deemed usable by The Shaving Shop we will at our discretion decide if the item(s) warrant any type of partial/full refund or replacement. Any report of damaged items must be placed within 24 hours of shipping delivery confirmation for items to be considered for review in any case of damaged items.
